Our Beet Me Up Fire Cider Tonic is a infusion of warming fruits, roots, and herbs in raw, organic apple cider vinegar. Beet Me Up includes our traditional Fire Cider ingredients, with a Beet infused twist. Beets are rich in antioxidants, as well as zinc and Vitamins A and C, which makes it a natural and wonderful food choice to also support immune functioning. Beets are also loaded with iron and betaine, to help support the liver and improve blood flow, which may in turn help lower high blood pressure, and reduce inflammation.
We infuse our vinegars for a minumum of 6 to 8 weeks to extract the essence of each ingredient. After waiting patiently, we strain each batch and cold press the infused roots, fruits, and herbs. We then marry this extraction back into the orginial infused vinegar, and then finally sweeten with a touch of pure raw honey, for a wondefully warming, energizing, and delicious Fire Cider Tonic.
Enjoy this infusion as a daily tonic shot, or drizzled over a bed of greens, peas, or mixed with olive oil over your favorite salad. Legend has it, that this firey tonic also makes a killer addition to your favorite Bloody Mary recipe! Our personal favorite way, is simply a "shake and shimmy" shot, by pouring just a tiny splash into a shot glass, and turning it up!
For digestion and immune support, a typical serving size of our micro-batch ciders, is 1/2 Tbsp. This may be taken daily, or as needed. Similar to our Elderberry Syrups, you may increase your intake throughout the day, to naturally support your body in fighting off symptoms of colds or flu.
