About the Recipe

Start your day in a Berry Powerful way!


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1 cup milk of choice (more or less for desired consistency)

  • 1 Tbsp Essential Elderberry Syrup


Add all ingredients to blinder and blend until smooth

Serve immediately and enjoy!
