SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for your order!
We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. We currently ship to US addresses only via USPS or UPS. We charge a flat rate shipping fee based on your distance from our kitchen in Atlanta, GA. Once your order is ready, and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Our liquid products (e.g. Syrup, Shrubs, Oxymel, Fire Ciders, etc) are bottled in glass containers, so we take extra care when preparing your package for shipment to ensure your products arrive at your door safely, ready for you to enjoy. Sometimes, however, accidents happen during shipping. If your products are damaged during shipment, please obtain photo documentation of any damage immediately and reach out to via our Contact Page so we can resolve you issue. My Elderberry Fairy is not responsible for delays caused by Mother Nature or human nature (i.e severe weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volume around the holidays).
Return & Exchange Policy
Our commitment is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues your product, please reach out to us through our Contact Page to share your concerns. We are dedicated to resolving the matter to your satisfaction and may offer a replacement product if necessary.
Please note that many of our products are shelf-stable, even after opening. However, please read each label for proper storage instructions. Be sure to refrigerate your elderberry syrup and beverages after opening, and consume them ASAP to get the best flavor possible.
